    Music Entertainment Group ("MEG") bought Benson Music from Zondervan. Music Entertanment Group subsequently purchased Diadem. Diadem was never the "parent" of MEG. The MEG principles were Wes Farrell and Steven Fret. Steven Fret became the acting president of the company. MEG was sold to Zomba and merged into Brentwood Music, which Zomba had previously purchased. The resulting company was called Provident Music Group.
