The Sound Of Vinyl

I would like to express all my disappointment about this company.

Firse of all, if you pre order an item combined with another it can happen that even if you pay months in advance, your copy won't be reserved. And if the chargeback window will be closed meantime, you are basically on their hands.

What's worse, is that they avertise a release as "limited to 500 copies" ( Black Grape - Orange Head ). Simply put, this is -likely- a lie. Yes, they press more than those 500 copies. And if you are one of those lucky ones, you'll get the bonus items. If you are not, you'll get screwed.

I'll never, ever buy from them again.

I should have looked into this company before ordering. Ordered 3 albums, only received 2 and after 32 days of trying to get them to do ANYTHING about it, I just had to chargeback my card (only partially).
EDIT: My chargeback was denied because the company refunded me. Well, they only refunded me $8.50 when the product itself was $10, not including tax and shipping. Absolute crock. Small price to pay to learn which company to AVOID.

Avoid ordering from Sound of Vinyl!

WORST LABEL EVER !!! thieves, liars... i've sent them money for a pre order for the re press of The Weeknd and each time (4 now !), they cancel the order and re schedul it three days before normal date. It was normally sent for 1st of january 2022, then 1st of june, than 1st of january 2023 and now... 1st of june 2023 !! What the hell are they doing with our money all that time ?? As said other discogs member, "this company is killing vinyl". Do not play their game and boycott them now.

Why is no one answering your email and when will my order be shipped?? Should have checked your reviews before making my payment! FRAUD!

anyone can tell the quality of sound of these releases? if anyone have bought any, pls tell us.
