I absolutely despise the 90s CD compilations Discomagic and other dance labels from Italy published. Except a few, most dance compilations contain extremely edited, half ass castrated tracks. Worst of all, the labels had the balls to call such CDs "compilation", when in reality they are bad mix CDs. Many rare vinyl only tracks butchered into oblivion. Totally unacceptable.

What a label. The best of the genre! Some classics and some VERY obscure stuff. That Wizard definitely knew what he was doing! Pure, disco magic!

Discomagic the absolute classic italian label from the 80s and 90s. Full of classic tracks and not so classic. Some Tracks on this label are worth alot of money, and others are so hard to find now its mental. Anyone who loves italianhouse will almost certainly have records in their collection from discomagic. The main man was the master producer and artist severo lombardoni.I still buy records now on discomagic label, not because i have heard them but because they are on discomagic,Enough said me thinks...Classic if not the best italo,italianhouse genre label by far. Oh yes and the discomagic compilations are pure vintage.

Discomagic Records goes down in history as the biggest and best italo disco label. If you're new to italo disco music, this is the label that fueled the genre to what it would become. Discomagic is full of good, bad, common, and extremely obscure songs. Something for everyone.
