I wish whoever has the masters for the early subway releases would release them digitally... A lot of the CDs you find with these tracks on them are just ripped from the vinyl releases in varying quality...

Edited 3 years agoSubway is very versatile and the label runs about 10 years. (1994 until 2004) For me, the first 20 are good and in an underground house / techhouse style. Subway uses seldom instruments for this style like flutes, timbales, vibraphone and strange acid grooves.
The "Triade" serie 1-3 are nice. Take care until catalogue 100. Most progressive style, tribal techy some trancy stuff and you can find even techno/hardstyle from Marco Carola (btw. did you check: SUB104?) but after then its mostly stupid trancy stuff and kind of commercial "hardstyle". Maybe GOA afficionados find something in there. Go back to the underground! As you can see, they are the most wanted. What can i say more? Underground resistance all the years and forever!
