For me ID 2 & 3 look very good with the Hooj Choons label, but not here does seem to be either.

It is exact information that a track from a set: Scott Bond and 2000-2002? Did not hear such track in its sets. But the track sank into the soul... I search!:)
There is a reference to a set with this track? And whether you were engaged in search in "discogs" by years?

This clip was recorded at Gatecrasher on Boxing day (26th Dec 2002). I've checked with Scott and he doesn't know the name of the tune and thinks the male vocal says something like "electronic future" or "sonic future". Does sound a little in style to M.I.K.E (Push). Found many tracks on the vocals sounding in them, generally a part of words carries the name of composition. But here by such words I found nothing. ((
Yes, sounding is very similar to M.I.K.E (Push).
I found many tracks by wiretap of all releases in a year interesting me, but this process not fast, but a game cost candles! But this track sank into the soul too, and I will look for it... If only it was 2002. As a rule most of DJ, play in the sets novelties in a month, two prior to the performance. So the hope is to get on a track!

In my opinion, it's possible to be a unreleased track unfortunately, it's been looking for a lot of people for years and nobody knows anything about it, including Scott Bond!
