Minor issue in Tag Seller Rating

I've been noticing lately that the aspect of Tag Seller Rating that "hides sellers when below rating" isn't working often.

I tag sellers with ratings below 99.5% but I'm seeing sellers below that. If I stop hiding, the tagging still works, though.

Ok, I scrolled through 10 pages in the Marketplace using 99.7% and it seems to be working for me. Do you have any other Marketplace filters enabled and, if so, what are they set to? It's possible that one filter is causing issues with another.
