Buyer Attempted to Use Coercion, Retaliation and Negative as Leverage

I'm going to keep everything anonymous regarding the buyer, but I feel I should write about my experience with a transaction and how Discogs staff didn't remove this because, "this complies with Discogs guidelines." I'm simply writing this to get this whole scenario out of my head, you don't have to engage, but constructive is welcomed if you choose to.
Below is essentially a copy-paste of the complaint I sent Discogs staff via submitting a request. This request was marked as solved without ever getting a written response from the staff member, leaving me in the dark and leading me to believe the possibility of me being ignored. I cited the first 3 violations below in the removal request, which was denied.
Violation #1: left before attempting a solution
Discogs policy obliges both parties to make a good-faith effort to resolve issues before is left; I met that obligation, while the buyer did not. Simply expressing frustration is not the same as attempting a solution. For any solution I offered, the buyer made no effort nor did they propose an alternate solution.
Violation #2: Retaliatory
The buyer posted negative immediately after they were asked to prove the damage, instead citing, "what a pain in the ass this has been!" and ceasing all communications at this point.
Violation #3: Coerce or intimidate a buyer or seller into a specific action
Vulgar language and phrases such as the one mentioned prior were used to pressure me into an immediate refund outside normal policy.
Violation #4: Rudeness & Belittling Language
The buyer repeatedly used inflammatory messages such as (“worst packaging ever” and “what a pain in the ass” as a couple of examples) that aren’t simply critical—they’re insulting and meant to demean.
Policy: “Please don’t be a jerk. Rudeness and belittling language are not okay.”
Violation #5: Harassment
By refusing every reasonable request and then publicly disparaging me, the buyer engaged in harassment rather than constructive or discussion.
Violation #6: Retaliatory / Disruptive Behavior
They posted negative immediately after I asked for proof, effectively “flame-warring” rather than continuing a polite resolution.
Violation #7: Failure to allow a four-day resolution window
The Buyer Policy requires buyers to “notify the seller, then allow the seller four (4) calendar days to respond with a proposed solution” before leaving . They Buyer left just 23 minutes after refusing my inspection request.
Violation #8: Unprofessional, discourteous communication
The buyer used hostile, non-constructive language, in violation of the requirement to “communicate directly with the seller using professional and courteous language at all times.”

Based on your forum posts, you are not having a very enjoyable time selling records online; maybe a nice card table on the lawn would work better…

I absolutely love almost every part of selling records, with the exception of problematic buyers. I’m close to 4,000 orders completed and out of those, I think I’ve had 10 unreasonable buyers. That’s really the only part that isn’t enjoyable. Otherwise, it’s a completely positive experience.
