Buggy, oversized, messes the whole top menu layout on mobile view. Rounded, why? Squared was just fine. Congrats Discogs, another unnecessary change that no one asked for makes things worse. You don't even test changes before rolling them out, right? -

I wouldn’t even care but it blocks out the menu button and the top line on any release page linking to the artist is blocked out as well. All responsible people should be immediately fired. -

I wonder if AI simply runs Discogs at this point. I've never seen a website consistently ignore and not even stop to take a breath of reality with this amount of resilience. YouTube practically has almost all the power in the world, and even they roll back terribly ed updates. Each update brings us fromstrength to strengthweakness to weakness. I don't believe humans could be behind this. -

It hurts my eyes when a round thing suddenly appears on a page that's completely filled with rectangular symbols. I hope the images of the records, artists and labels don't become rounded as well. -

And as always with Discogs, nobody seems to care about any of the reported failures on the website 🤷♂️
I'm wondering for ages why it is not possible to delete any of the sent messages in the message section!
You can still check the box of every single message, but that was it, no button to delete the message after that, totally useless crap! -

As always it would be helpful, if people would post a screenshot and tell what their browser and OS is when reporting those alleged bugs.
I'm sitting here and besides the fact that the avatar is round with white edges now, anything is just as before.
No suddenly giant avatar that does block anything, neither on pc, nor on phone, neither in desktop mode nor in mobile mode.
It's just that the avatar has gotten ugly (=round) now, nothing else over here.
Where's the oversize? -

mobile display, desktop still sports the regular bugs like non working artist pages on Chrome etc. -

Where's the oversize?
Oversized in the sense that the diameter of the round avatar corresponds in my memory to the diagonal of the previous square -

It's indeed very ugly, the vignette and the white border: it demonstrates extremely bad taste.
Not for long the forum avatars will have the same shape too (plus the customary shadow) -

I like my round avatar. -

Everybody has become cutout on discogs. -

Just another totally unnecessary "New Improvement" we're supposed to be "Primed" for. -

Just checked on my mobile, both desktop & mobile layout, and it seems fine, not oversized or obstructing anything. It's just round with a white shiny border.. kind of stylish if you ask me. -

My avatar was an actual record cover. Now it's just a picture disc. Yech. -

Sonny.
Yes, it looks like a beach ball.
I imagine your profile picture looks like a countryball now, haha. -

Haha, no, fortunately my profile picture has not been modified (for the moment...).
Only the avatar at the top right of the page has become round. -

In mobile view it seems they reduced size now and top menu looks fine again.
Still oversized (imo) in desktop view but functional. Still rounded too, that seems won't change. -

Yes, the rounded image looks off. It's so distracting.
I don't understand why they make completely unnecessary changes. -

Because they get paid for it, it's an inside job you know. -

I’m primed to continue decorating the top bar. There’s enough room to cram like 3 more buttons. Even more if they decrease padding. -

And now a new menu design appears when you click on your avatar. A much needed change... :\
