    Hey guys,

    I'm a longtime discogs and record store employee who is now opening my own brick and mortar record shop in FL. I created a new discogs for my business back in October 2024, and didn't go to list an item for sale on the until late march/early april of this year. Before I tried to list my first item, I tried to connect my paypal to the new discogs , and ran into an error. I put in a discogs request to help resolve that error, and got an email back a day or two later saying that i was all set to go, and that i would be able to list items for sale after the weekly seller hold release the following week. It's now been over two weeks since then, I've put in multiple requests for help on the discogs site, and my requests keep getting marked as "approved" or "resolved" with no message or any info at all, and with a seller hold still on my . Really frustrating to deal with, especially since i'm trying to get my small business of the ground here here as quickly as I can. Can anyone here help or lead me in the right direction?
