Let me introduce myself, my name is Harry, and I've been a member of the DISCOGS community for over 8 years. I'm a ionate collector and music lover. I'm here at the CIP because of one person, a type of person some of you may have encountered. He's the typical person who thinks he's always right, a community bully, and a regular stalker who monitors what you do for fun or for love. I'm talking about those cyberbullying hacks who, behind a screen, incite you to correct and be superior with their opinions and their words, giving negative votes and following you even on your personal profile to rate everything as an editor and a person.

I understand that the goal of the community is to believe and thus have fewer errors in the databases, but there's also a part of us that wants to learn and strives every day to uphold the name of the community and its credibility. But because of people of this type who are capable of crossing personal lines, they discourage the free expression of creating and investigating, leaving us with few options. So here I am, and many of you may be in this situation. I would like to open this thread to share more experience on this and provide an investigative solution for these people and their toxic and brutal practices against collecting, freedom, and the community in response to the growth of the database. Thank you, I hope it will be read and shared.
    - Be kind to new s; we were all new once.

i checked all your 16 contributions and do not see much cyberstalking

not sure why the "signed" edit was not simply reverted on https://www.discogs.sie.com/release/32014334-Unt/history?diff=10&page=1 instead of voting it entirely incorrect

it is easier when other s can read your edit-comments in english at the submission histories, as you have translated the text in this topic

Hello, how are you Electro? First of all, thank you very much for taking the time to read and investigate. Thank you. I feel that the attack is not so much directed at me, but more at things that have happened to many friends and acquaintances as well. But thank you very much. Have a nice day.

senor_velasco’s neutral comments about submission issues is not stalking or bullying. They are actually trying to help you improve the release. You should use them as a resource.

That's quite cryptic. What things happened to your friends/acquaintances and how are those things connected to the votes on your submissions?

You have received a grand total of 3 votes and you come here pontificating about “cyberbullying”? Please get a grip.

Fixed that for you. Welcome to peer review. You make an edit, others review it, then they ask you to change it, or they give you a negative vote if you ignore the request. As people have explained so many times before, it's easier to point out what we know is incorrect than vote to say everything is correct, or correct and complete - especially on records we don't own ourselves. Whereas spelling mistakes, capitalizations, submission formatting errors - anyone can check these, and correct them - or, y'know - try to help someone else understand how to correct their own submissions so they don't make the same mistakes in future.
