The process is automatic. You have to get enough good votes on your existing submissions to raise your average vote high enough to automatically exit CIP. To get good votes you need to read and understand the submission guidelines, read any comments left by s on your submissions, make the necessary changes, then request votes on your fixed submissions in the CIP vote thread.
