    I really can't understand with all the money Discogs is making of its s that it can't offer any real customer service?! It would be nice if you could actually speak to a human being, but those days are gone I suppose. For instance, as of yesterday evening I posted items for sale on here and they aren't appearing as for sale to the public, but when I go to my inventory they are listed as "for sale"? I did recently do a bulk of my inventory because I took my sales inventory offline for a few days. I bulk ed my sales inventory early this past Monday and now I'm having issues on a Thursday evening? Everything was fine the day before posting stuff?! I'm not sure if it's a site issue or on my end. So far, I've only got one automated Discogs response from the ticket I sent in reporting this issue. I depend on Discogs to make a living and I need my sales stuff seen. Anyhow, anyone else out there experiencing site issues as of yesterday (Thursday, March 28th)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Always a good idea to look at the "recent" tab in the forum when things are going wrong.

    You'll see there seem to be site issues and they are aware of it. Of course phone would be nice, but they're not going to be able to answer calls from every seller. And it wouldn't do much good, they just have to fix it.

    Yes, many site issues, no communication from management, that's just how it is.

    They don't have to. They just have to use their OfficialDiscogs and report any issues here in the Marketplace forum.

    It would take 3 minutes.

    So should I message the person at OFFICIAL DISCOGS? I listed a bunch of stuff for sale last night and while it is inventory as "for sale" it still hasn't appeared for sale publicly as of 11 am today? I've noticed some delay times, but this is by far the most alarming delay time.

    Jarren is talking about Discogs communicating (or not).

    You can message them but bear in mind it's affecting many if not all s and they are working on it. I would say there is very little point at this stage, and generally as it's not really a channel.

    I can see from other recent threads that other folks are having the same scary issue as I am. I’ve sent two report messages with screenshots to Discogs and have yet to hear back, but I at least have a pretty good sense that it’s a site issue. Thanks for all the responses!

    I've had it with Discogs and just permanently deleted all my For Sale items. If they can't provide customer service for the people who make money for them, I'll sell elsewhere. Ebay works better for me. Easier shipping, similar fees, and oh, they have customer .
    when Discogs told us things were going to get better? Still waiting...

    Errors with shipping. Multiple requests for help. No response from them. Ended up shipping order using a different service, which turned out to be cheaper!
    Received email from them today apologizing about the "recent issues", which didn't affect me since I temporarily unlisted my items 2 months ago, and I had no way to reply to their email for more info. After doing some research, I found that direct is not possible.

    They are the worst. I had an issue with a legit scammer. They suspended my because I used profanity in my message to them. Scammer is still scamming though.
