App to scan and value 45 RPM record labels

As my title suggests, I would like to know if there is there an app to scan and value 45 RPM record labels?

I sell albums of Ebay and would like to also sell my 45s.

The problem is I have about 15,000 45s and DO NOT want to manually look them up on the internet to find if they're worth the time to list for sale.

So, an app that scans the 45 label and can then value it would be fantastic.

Does such an app exist?
