Please can somebody review my "Needs Vote" items

I have addressed all reported issues (largely all due to not providing link to digital originally but now addressed). Please can somebody review and approve/ upvote those.

No you didn't address all reported issues. Somebody posted instructions for you under your last submission and you didn't react to it. I suggest you go there and read it and then fix your submission according to that.
