I've tried searching the forum for this, but I can't find it.

If you have multiple copies of the same item for sale on Discogs, but different media qualities and different cover qualities it would be a great thing to have a number displayed after you put it up for sale. Should not be a too difficult change to make, because on the backend it should have a number attached for identification purposes.

If the frontend shows the number, it would be easy to ister for your stock purposes. You will always have a reference to pack the right item, with the correct cover quality.

Hopefully this is clear...Let's say I have 5 CD's - same album , 3 of them are NM/NM and 2 of them are NM/VG+. If you are picking an order it would be easier if there is a reference number that you can fall back on. The example is simple, but you can understand that the situation could be more complicated. It's also handy when you have the same album, same quality and cover quality - but different pressings.

    Let me know what's possible.

    Cheerio,

    Dennis

The inventory number available in your inventory. Also shown in the search bar when on that items page.

It would be much easier to have the number shown, directly when it's put up for sale. My guess is that you are talking about the inventory list?
