28 East Boyz was Mark Pritchard (under the alias William Parrot) and a friend of his from school, Kevin Hann, first, remixing Mark's N.Y. Connection track, "In Front/Wan' It" (28 East Boyz Remix), followed by two 12" releases.
The name comes from Mark's address at the time, 28 Easthams Rd, Crewkerne, Somerset.
