Neera

Neera (1961-2009) was a female singer who lived in India for 15 years. When visiting her family in the UK, she met Medicine Drum, and they decided to work together. When she sang, she basically went into a state of trance and instead of using words, she sang in tongues. A mix between Celtic, Egyptian and middle Eastern styles.
