British pop music promoter, group manager and songwriter; known primarily for co-writing with Lulu's hit "I'm a Tiger".
In 1976, now working in a songwriting and producing team with Steve Wolfe, Scott and Wolfe spotted Bonnie Tyler in a club in Swansea, Wales, and became her managers, songwriters, and producers. They wrote the vast majority of songs for Tyler's first album including the hits "Lost in ", "More Than a Lover" and "It's a Heartache" for her second album.
