Paul Oscher (April 5, 1947 – April 18, 2021) was an American blues singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist (harmonica, guitar, piano, melodica, vibraphone, accordion), born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
Oscher first came to national attention as Muddy Waters' harmonica player from 1967 to 1972. He returned to New York to pursue a solo career in the early 1970s. He moved to Austin, Texas in 2013 and lived there until his death in 2021
