Victor Ratto

Victor Henry Ratto born in Tracy, California and died June 6, 2006 in Oakland, California.
Victor was an entrepreneur from an early age. He was co-owner of the nightclub, Berkeley Square 1980-1983. With VM Management, he managed a number of successful bands including Translator, Uptones, Penelope Houston of the Avengers in her solo career.

Known to have worked with Chris Coyle.
